Your EFHA Membership Terms as an EFHA Member:
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen postal mail.
We designate all EFHA membership sales as final and there are no refunds. Please consider before postal mailing your $100 EFHA membership cost.
We designate all EFHA members as independent earners and therefore responsible for their own taxes and tax obligations. USA EFHA members must provide social security number upon earning $600 in the financial tax year. Form 1099-MISC will be filed with the IRS for tax year.
We accept only paper documents via postal mail for EFHA membership payments, in the avoidance of online payment fraud, as well as avoidance of those seeking to make a quick buck here & there, and moving on. Those that will engage in receiving their EFHA membership sponsoring payments via postal mail, are determined to be more serious about the EFHA membership and its lifetime benefits.
We send weekly checks to all EFHA members for all of their sponsored EFHA membership sales each week from Tuesday 12.00 midnight to the following Tuesday at 12.00 midnight. Checks will be placed in the postal mail each Wednesday for arrival to your postal mailbox by the weekend of each week.
We accept internationals for EFHA membership, however the processes and procedures for membership will be the same as USA members. EFHA membership for internationals will be conducted in USA terms only (USA postal addresses, USA payment documents, etc).
